Fireman's Fund supplier relationships are developed through our Sourcing and Procurement department.
This is done by registering your desire to do business with us through our Web site, and not through e-mails or telephone calls to Fireman's Fund employees. You may register your interest in doing business with us.
Your company information will be retained and accessed by our Sourcing and Procurement Department for use when we have identified a specific supplier need. We look forward to receiving your registration. Please read 'Your Registration Obligations' prior to submitting the Fireman's Fund Supplier Registration Form.
Your Registration Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your company as prompted by the registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"). If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Fireman's Fund has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Fireman's Fund has the right to suspend or terminate your registration.
You acknowledge and agree that Fireman's Fund may preserve Registration Data and may also disclose Registration Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of use; (c) respond to claims that any Registration Data violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Fireman's Fund and its employees.
Your registration with us is not considered a proposal or solicitation. Fireman's Fund has full rights to utilize the information you provide to us. Suppliers are not to use this registration site as a response to any Fireman's Fund Insurance Company Requests for Information/Quotes/Proposals.
