"We’re going Green!" Grant requests must be submitted through our online grant request application. We are no longer able to accept applications by fax, email or on paper.
All applications must include the following documents. Incomplete grant requests will not be considered for funding.
A project budget showing expenses and income sources
- A current balance sheet and income statement (audited, if available)

A list of current funding sources and amounts

A list of the current board of directors with affiliations and other key staff members

A copy of the IRS Tax Exemption letter under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or evidence of the organization's qualifications under Section 170(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue code designating the tax status of the organization as a nonprofit tax-exempt entity.
The grant filing deadline is the first day of April each year. Once an application is submitted, a decision is usually made within 90 days. Grants typically range from $1,000 - $10,000.
Limitations – The Corporate Giving Program does not fund grants for:
- Capital campaigns
- Endowment funds
- General operating expenses
- Individuals
- Religious organizations for religious purposes
- Fraternal, veteran or sectarian groups
- Medical research and health organizations
- Trips or tours
- Advertising
- Video, television or film productions
- Fundraising events and Sporting events (addressed through Corporate Sponsorship program)
- Political organizations
- Subscription fees or admission tickets
- Public sector services (with the exception of some school district programs)
