New Big I Insurance Program
Fireman's Fund has partnered with the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (Big "I") to offer a nationally endorsed program for Insurance Agents Errors and Omissions (Agents E&O) coverage for association members.
Big "I" CEO Robert A. Rusbuldt announced, "We're pleased to introduce this program agents are faced with increasingly complex insurance products and services to offer to their policyholders, and we believe this coverage will be extremely beneficial. Fireman's Fund is a recognized leader in our industry. This new Agents E&O program is an additional, attractive E&O offering to agents and brokers."
The insurance marketplace is complex. With new products and services, regulatory requirements, and issues of procedure, training and quality control, a crossed wire anywhere could impact an agency's E&O coverage.

Reducing Liability Exposure
While the most common cause of loss is failure to provide a specific coverage or a failure to provide any coverage at all, it is often agents exploring new areas such as captives or securities that are the most vulnerable. With the iCustomer Series® Agents Community, with access to online risk management resources and solutions, agents can arm themselves with techniques to identify the situations that could lead to an E&O issue, and utilize tools to reduce professional liability exposures.
