The Fireman’s Fund green certification coverage provides broad coverage to repair or replace green features that typical policies may not cover, such as a vegetated roof or an underground alternative water system. We cover the building and its contents, including machinery and equipment that may need to be replaced with energy-efficient green equipment in order to secure green building certification.

Our certification upgrade allows you to attain green certification at one level above your pre-loss certification.
