Upgrades apply to all covered property and include non-toxic paints and carpets, Energy Star®-rated electrical equipment, roof and insulation materials and water-efficient interior plumbing. With coverage for paved surfaces, you can even replace sidewalks and parking lot surfaces with porous, environment-friendly paving.

Our coverage allows you to attain any level of green certification in the event of a partial or total loss.
