Our policy covers the cost to re-certify green buildings with the U.S. Green Building Council.

When a loss exceeds $10,000, our policy also covers the expense of hiring a commissioning agent to oversee repairs and to verify that replacements have been correctly installed. We also pay for test-and-balance analysis of heating, ventilating or air conditioning systems, even if the systems were not damaged. Not only will the repairs be greener, they will be safer, too.
