I'm clicking -- Why isn't the application launching?

 

Make sure you are clicking on the "launch application" button. If you are clicking on the name of the application on the tab, you are just selecting the tab over and over again, and the application will not launch.

 

If you are clicking on the "launch application" button and the application doesn't launch, contact the Fireman's Fund e-Business Support Center at 866.FUND-WEB (866.386.3932) or e-mail at fundweb@ffic.com.

 

Why can't I see my applications on the Home Page?

 

If you have a User Name and Password but decided to log in with "Agent" as your User Name and your Producer Code as your Password, you will not see the applications that you are registered to use.

 

If you have a User Name and Password you must use it whenever you log in if you want to use your applications on your visit.

 

All agents have access to the secured applications "International Quick-to-Quote" and "Hole-in-One," but other applications, like PrestigeAccess, LossFocus, DR Client, FormsView and LossAnalyzer, require a separate registration.

 

Once registered, you will be able to use your User Name and Password to access all of your applications. If you are interested in registering for additional applications, contact your local Fireman's Fund representative.

 

If you logged in properly and still cannot see your applications on the home page of Agent Online Services, you will need to resolve a problem with your login by calling Fireman's Fund e-Business Support Center at 866.FUND WEB (866.386.3932) or e-mail at fundweb@ffic.com.

 

Your local agency administrator may also be able to assist you.

 

How can I find the product I'm looking for?

 

Products are organized by market segment, so try that approach first. On the Home Page of Agent Online Services, you can consult our Appetite Guide, which provides an easy-to-reference list of products. You can also use our search tool to find any item in our Product Index.

 

If none of these helps, you will need to direct your question to your local Fireman's Fund representative, who will welcome the opportunity to review our product lines with you.

 

Who is my "local Fireman's Fund representative"?

 

Your best contact is your assigned field representative, such as your Business Development Manager, Agency Sales Manager, Territorial Sales Manager, or Relationship Manager. However, any Fireman's Fund employee you might consult will be able to help you find the information you are seeking.
