The following claims applications can be accessed from this site. If you do not see a claims application that you use, you should check your access. You may have logged in to the Agent Online Services by using "Agent" as your User Name and your Producer Code as your Password. If you did, you will not see the secured applications that are registered to your User Name and Password.
You should always use your User Name and Password to enter this area in order to see and use all of your applications. If you logged in properly and still do not see the applications you need, you will need to contact the Fireman's Fund e-Business Support Center at 866.FUND-WEB (866.386.3932) or e-mail at fundweb@ffic.com.

The claims applications you use will depend on the line of business and the types of transactions you are processing.

ClaimSTAT
Obtain claim account details, status and financial information.
LossAnalyzer
This application offers an easy way to access and organize your loss data. You can sort the information and prepare ad hoc reports that are of the most value to you and/or your customers.
Loss Analyzer provides time-saving pre-formatted templates and it allows for the interface of loss data with other PC applications, spreadsheets and graphics.
Diversified Risk/Client
The DR/Client application gives you access to your claims information and the ability to perform claims analysis. DR/Client gives you the ability to analyze claims costs and frequency using various parameters such as contact year, effective year or accident year.
Other parameters include coverage line, claim status, location of loss, claim amounts, type of injury and division codes.
