In 2007, Fireman's Fund was the proud host of a board meeting of the Volunteer and Combination Officers Section (VCOS) of the International Association of Fire Chiefs. The VCOS represents the interests of all volunteer and combination fire/rescue/EMS agencies.  In line with their mission to provide information, education, services and representation to enhance their members' departments, the VCOS shares information with their members about the Fireman's Fund Heritage program and related programs that support the fire service.  The VCOS also proudly hosted a screening of the "Into the Fire" documentary at their symposium in November 2006 and plans to do another screening in 2007.
