Providing Manpower to Support Local Fire Departments
Awarding grants is only part of what we do to support firefighters around the country. We’ve expanded the Fireman’s Fund HeritageSM program to include our own workforce of more than 4,000 employees nationwide and encourage them to volunteer with fire departments in their community.
In 2005, the Fireman’s Fund HeritageSM program expanded the grant award process to involve Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company employees and agents from around the country to nominate local fire departments and fire and burn prevention organizations for grants.
