Understanding our Commitment and Expectations
We're looking for long-term relationships with agencies whose client focus and business strategies align with ours, and who can commit to specific business targets. While the premium target will depend on lines of business, region, and other factors, we expect our agents to make a mutual commitment to an annual business plan.

Proceeding with the Contracting Process
If, after initial discussion, we find that our goals align and our product offerings meet the needs of your clients, we are ready to move on to details. We will provide you with a checklist of the types of information we'll require in order to make a final decision on appointing your agency.

Contracting Process

  1. Step 1- Discussions with our Territory Sales Director to confirm alignment and commitment
  2. Step 2 - Agreement to proceed
  3. Step 3 - Agency provides requested information
  4. Step 4 - Fireman's Fund completes financial analysis and background check
  5. Step 5 - Fireman's Fund communicates contracting decision
