Gary C. Bhojwani is chairman of Fireman's Fund and a member of the Board of Management for Allianz SE. In this role, Bhojwani is responsible for overseeing both Fireman’s Fund and Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. Previously, Bhojwani was president and chief executive officer of Allianz Life. He has also served as president of commercial business at Fireman’s Fund. Bhojwani earned a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from the University of Illinois and an MBA with dual concentrations in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.

Fouché was named president and CEO of Fireman's Fund in July 2011. She most recently served as president of the company's Commercial business. Earlier, she was chief operating officer for the Specialty lines of business. Prior to Fireman's Fund, Fouché was senior vice president, private company product manager at Chubb & Son, and also served as a management consultant at The Pantheon Group. She earned her bachelor's degree from Princeton University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Kathleen ZortmanChief Field Executive
Zortman is responsible for all field underwriting, sales and customer service functions. She is a 24-year veteran of the insurance industry. Zortman most recently was president of Professional Risk Solutions, a wholesale insurance broker specializing in executive liability. Her background also includes leadership positions at PLI Brokerage, Chubb & Son, and Johnson & Higgins. She received her bachelor's degree from Boston College and her MBA from Suffolk University in Boston.
David ZonaChief Underwriting Officer
Zona is responsible for product management for commercial and personal lines. He has over 25 years of expertise in the financial services industry. His previous positions include senior vice president of Product Management for Fireman's Fund's Commercial business, and vice president at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in Columbus, Ohio. Zona earned his master's degree in insurance and risk management from Georgia State University, and his MBA from the Fuqua School at Duke University.

Conway is responsible for market management. She oversees agent and policyholder intelligence, innovation, marketing strategy, brand, web and corporate communications. Previously, Conway held senior marketing positions at Wells Fargo Funds Management, Wachovia Evergreen Investments, Ameriprise Financial, Fidelity Investments and HSBC. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford and an MBA from the University of Miami.
Kevin WalkerChief Financial Officer
Walker is responsible for the full scope of the company's financial functions. He has over 25 years of broad insurance and financial service experience. He was senior vice president in Group Planning and Controlling at Allianz SE, with responsibility for several regions including the U.S. Earlier, he was treasurer, senior investment officer, and senior financial officer for product lines at Allianz Life, and CFO for Genworth Financial's Retirement and Protection Division. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Colorado State University.
Antonio DerossiChief Operations Officer
Derossi is responsible for the full scope of Operations, Information Technology, Project Portfolio Management and support functions, including Sourcing and Real Estate. He was previously chief operations officer for Allianz CEEMA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa), where he was in charge of multi-country projects, IT, Operations and Claims. He earned an advanced degree in physics and electromagnetic sciences in his hometown of Trieste, Italy, as well as an executive MBA completed while working for McKinsey & Co.
Sally NareyChief Counsel
Narey is responsible for our corporate legal governance, legal and regulatory insurance issues, and corporate litigation. She formerly led a team of 225 professionals as general counsel for USAA's property and casualty group. She has also held senior legal positions with CNA and the National Council on Compensation Insurance. Narey earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota.
Amy KeyserHuman Resources Executive
Keyser is responsible for setting the company's human resources strategy to create a high-performance culture and increased employee engagement. Previously, she oversaw employment law, ethics and corporate investigations for Fireman's Fund as a Vice President in the General Counsel's Office. Prior to joining Fireman's Fund in 2006, Keyser worked at several premier labor and employment law firms. She holds a J.D. and bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
