1. Receive and pay your bills online – it’s easier, faster and more secure than writing checks and putting them in the mail.
2. Save time and money – and avoid the risk of cancellation for non-payment of your premium – by signing up for one-time or recurring electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments.
3. Avoid installment fees by signing up for either paperless statements or recurring EFT.
4. Get e-mail notifications when your bill is ready to view and e-mail reminders before your payment is due or when it's past due.
5. Want to update your user profile or change your password? Do it yourself without having to call us for help.  

It's easy to sign up.

1. Refer to your billing statement for your five-digit Online Registration Code located under your agent’s name and address.
2. Go to > www.firemansfund.com/register to register between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time.
3. You’ll be asked to enter your name as it appears on your billing statement, your policy number, and your online registration code.
4. IMPORTANT: When you register, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your billing statement.  
5. If you misplace your billing statement with the online registration code, please call Fireman’s Fund Support Central at 866.386.3932 for help.
