To enroll in electronic funds transfer, call the toll-free number on your bill or download the enrollment form on the right. We will notify you in 30-45 days of the start date and amount of your monthly withdrawals.

Personalized Payment Plan
Want the flexibility to pay in advance? Pay any number of installments in advance and you won't get a bill until the next unpaid installment is due. A service fee will apply for each subsequent installment.

Full Payment Plan
Want to take care of the whole bill now? Just return your invoice with a check for the full amount due. No service fees apply.

Need To Make An Immediate Payment?
You can call the toll free number on your bill to make a payment by either "Check By Phone" or "Card by Phone" any time prior to the final due date of your premium. A nominal phone convenience fee of $7 will be added to your payment.
