Fast and convenient, a Fireman's Fund preferred glass shop verifies your coverage online, completes the repairs, and submits the invoice to us electronically.
More than 6,500 shops already use the system. Glass shops must meet our pricing and service requirements to participate in this program.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Click on the "Glass Shop Look up" below and follow the instructions to locate a convenient preferred glass repair shop.
Step 2: If you are a Fireman's Fund Customer, you can go directly to the preferred shop you select. The glass shop will verify your coverage online, complete the repairs, and submit the invoice electronically to us.

You will need to have your Fireman's policy number handy.
